For hygienic reasons, all sales are final. 

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We reserve the right to decline an exchange/return request if product has visible signs of wear or being tampered with.

We ask that you please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if any changes need to be made.
